Payment

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the payment will not be processed.

Recurring Charges

• Recurring charges will be charged on or about the same day of the month on which the original order was placed.
• Payment authorization for recurring charges may be revoked by contacting our support team at info@generationjoshua.org or 877-338-8803.

Refund/Return Policy

Refunds may be offered within 30 days at the request of the member/donor. Please contact our support team at info@generationjoshua.org or 877-338-8803 to request a refund.

Membership

• Memberships canceled up to 1 week after activation or renewal will be refunded in full. Cancellation requests must include my name and application ID or member number. Generation Joshua does not guarantee a refund if cancellation occurs after 1 week.
• Membership dues are not tax-deductible.
• Generation Joshua reserves the right to reject a membership application and the right to revoke membership if any information has been misrepresented.
• If my application cannot be approved, Generation Joshua will refund my membership dues.
• Membership is not transferable.

Any complaints may be sent to our support team at info@generationjoshua.org or 877-338-8803. We will look into each case individually, though we cannot offer a guarantee of resolution.
